The hotel was tidy and had extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff at the reception desk. The room was beautifully designed and functional with a queen size bed included. Having hairdryers, a walk-in shower and towels was a bonus. The location was particularly good, right next to a metro station. Had nice dainties at Prologue Coffee Room, located right next to the property.

The room was brand-new and well priced. I loved the classic-style building. the view was wonderful here. the staff were really helpful and top-class people at the reception desk. the hotel had an exceptionally nice location to the tube with great connections. It was just next door to easy access to Brooklyn/Williamsburg.

Every staff member was knowledgeable and competent. The room we booked was stylish and reasonably large with the bathroom and an amazing bed, for example, overall the experience was lovely!

The staff at this small hotel is brilliant and phenomenal. the rooms are amazing. - the location is brilliant, near multiple subway lines at Canal St and close to Brooklyn Bridge, Ground Zero, taxi and trams, restaurants, and nightlife.

My queen room with separate bathrooms was brand-new. the venue was in a central location just next door to Harlem in the north of Manhattan. - All the restaurants and shops in midtown Manhattan were easily accessible.

Perfect location for exploring the city, with multiple train lines nearby. Surrounded by shops and restaurants, including a favorite breakfast spot. Safe and clean area. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable and well-equipped rooms, with small extras like a fridge and noise plugs. Daily cleaning service. 24/7 access to water, ice, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate in the lobby.
